What to do with a stalled download file
· My understanding of thoose numbers (though not guaranteed to be correct): ie: 0 (4) Seeds / 0 (3) Peers. 0 persons with the entire file are available for you to connect to. 4 persons who have the entire file are online. 0 persons with parts of the file are availavle for you to connect to. 3 Persons with parts of the file are online. 1. level 1. nolawnchairs. · 2y. I had the same issue - notably when I was % of a GB file, it just stayed at stalled, even though there were + seeds who had % of the file. After about 3 hours, the last % of the file completed. I fixed the problem by exiting qBittorrent, uninstalling it and re-installing Utorrent. · Maybe, just maybe, the problem is the client doesn't allocate the file's space on the disk and other apps uses the space, and this causes IO problems, and the client can't really do anything. My preferred option: using rsync doesn't give this problem and is a bit more versatile in my opinion, e.g. it keeps track of which files are already there, so if the connection ever does break it can pick up from where it left off - try the --partial flag too - among other things.
